Lawyer Ni Ye

 Mr. Ni graduated from China East Politics & Law University and obtained Juris Master of International law in Fudan University. Mr. Ni obtained the Lawyer License in 1993 and the Trademark Attorney qualification in 1995. He has joined the Yiping Law Office since 1992.
 Mr. Ni is familiar with all types of administrative litigation, infringement, opposition, and reexamination defense of trademarks, and copyrights registration and domain name disputes and etc. Mr. Ni has accumulated practical experience during numerous intellectual property protection lawsuits and non-litigation affairs for many domestic and foreign enterprises.
