Attorney Li Donghui
Mr. Li graduated from Nanchang University and enjoyed Senior Engineer qualification with mechanics technical background. He obtained Patent Attorney Qualification on July 1984 and was one of the patent agent first granted in China. He obtained the Lawyer License in 1986. He has been the General Director of the Yiping Law Office since 2001.
Mr. Li was the member of the first, second, third, and the fourth sessions of the Association of All-China Patent Attorneys. Lawyer Li was the vice president of third session of Jiangxi Provincial Intellectual Property Study Community . Now he is the registered consulting specialist of Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality.
Mr. Li has handled a lot of complicated and influential litigation cases. He has enjoyed rich practical experience, considerable theoretical attainments and excellent working performance. Mr. Li has handled hundreds of intellectual property lawsuits relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and unfair competition for both domestic and international clients.
